Weakness in one alley of life, (Physical, spiritual, mental, emotional, etc..) automatically carries over into every other alley of life. This means that when you don't get your sleep, you lose strength physically, AND mentally, AND emotionally, AND spiritually. This pertains to sleep, eating enough, developing seemingly insignificant or trivial bad habits, and even physical fitness! Bottom line: take care of yourself!!! Put yourself last, but take care of yourself! Amen.
