The Golden Rule states that we should treat others the way we like to be treated, but the Platinum Rule states that we should treat others the way they want to be treated. Both teachings I believe are from the Lord, but which one takes priority over the other, because the Platinum Rule does seem to make more sense than the Golden Rule to me, but the Golden Rule is what Christ taught in his ministry, so what do we do?
