In order to be likable, in order to be attractive, in order to be happy, in order to make others happy, in order to love others, one first needs to take care of and love themselves.

So be kind to yourself, take care of yourself, and clean yourself, because how you see yourself is how others see you, and how you treat yourself is how you treat others.

Just like a tiny little rudder can change the entire course of a sailing ship, the solution is simply taking care of oneself.
